A home inspection from Superior Home Inspections & Energy Audits (Superior) will provide you with an unbiased evaluation of the condition of your new home. Superior's report follows the Internachi Standards of Practice for Home Inspections. If problems are found, Superior can make recommendations; based on fifteen plus years as a private contractor. It is not required that the homeowner be present for an inspection, however, we highly recommend being there to answer any questions you may have. In addition, you will get a better understanding of the overall inspection results.
Superior will include a free recall check and ninety day warranty with a home inspection. The recall check is on all appliances, it notifies you if there has been any recalls on your appliances. The ninety day warranty covers defects that did not show up in the inspection; such as mold,sewage problems, or roof leakage for five years.
A home inspection will also point out the positive aspects of a home, as well as the maintenance that will be necessary to keep it in good shape. After the inspection, you will have a much clearer understanding of the property you are about to purchase or sell, and will be able to make a confident buying decision.
